What type of programmes do you offer clients?
We specialise in presentation skills, media skills training and crisis media management.
We offer tailored programmes, 'off-the-shelf' programmes, one-to-one coaching and 'on the spot' coaching.
We also run open programmes throughout the year.
And we can chair or facilitate an event for you as well.
Can you tailor a programme for my business or organisation?
Yes, we can tailor a programme. We can run the programmes in-house or at a location of your choice.
We will also tailor the programmes to fit in with our clients leadership development courses or
ongoing communication skills programmes.
What if I have a specific business presentation or live event that I need help with?
We can work with you on rehearsing presenters, including 'on the spot' coaching either at your business, organisation
or the venue at which you're holding your event at. We can also help you with content and slide development.
If you would like us to chair or facilitate an event for you then we can do that too.

Do you provide notes?
We will provide a coaching journal on the presentation skills programmes, and we invite you
to keep your own record of your learning points, and store knowledge which is of specific relevance
and interest to you.
For Media Skills and Crisis Media Management, each participant will be given easy reference handouts
together with a DVD of their interviews and written feedback after the programme.
How many coaches are on each of the programmes?
There will be at least one coach on any presentation skills programme of up to fivparticipants,
and two coaches on any number above that. For our media skills and crisis media management programmes
we operate a different ratio and as a guideline there usually is a ratio of 2 coaches for 4 -6 delegates.

What is the start and finish time of your presentation skills programmes?
Depending on the venue, they usually run from either 9am - 5pm or 9.30am - 5.30 pm.
We will confirm the time with you, after you have booked.
For 'on the spot' coaching, the hours are flexible to fit in with your schedule.
What is the start and finish time of your Media Skills and Crisis Media Management programmes?
The start and finish times are flexible.
Usually it depends on whether we are filming at the studios or at our clients premises, they usually
run from either 9am - 5pm or 9.30am - 5.30 pm.
We can also deliver half day Media Skills training and Crisis Media Management sessions if required.
Do you offer half day Media Skills Training sessions?
Yes we can, some of our clients don't have the time to commit to a full day and for small groups of 1-3 we run half day sessions instead.
We also provide one-to-one Media Skills Training Programmes.
Where do you usually deliver your presentation skills programmes?
We can deliver them at one of our recommended venues or at a venue of your choice.
Where are the Media Skills Training and Crisis Media Management programmes delivered?
Our Media Skills Training is usually delivered at one of our selected TV studios in Central London
with our expert team of media coaches and journalists. If you have the available room facilities
at your offices, we can also mock up a studio on site with our own cameras, sound, lighting and
editing equipment or we can source a studio that is local to you.
Should participants all be of similar presenting experience on your presentation skills programmes?
We will always aim to bring together people of similar presenting experience, where possible.
If we notice a wide disparity in experience or seniority, we will contact you to discuss this.
Will I receive a programme timetable?
On receipt of payment we will issue a programme timetable.
Can I bring a laptop and slides on a presentation skills programme?
We do cover visual support, so please contact us to see if it's appropriate to bring your own laptop and slides.
The Two Day Programme devotes more time to the use of visuals and prompts, which includes using presentation slides. The One Day Programme focuses on building up your ability to present.
What does the Media Skills Training programmes include?
The Media Training programmes include interview practices, filming, playback, coaching, feedback
and a DVD of your performance.
How many participants are usually on a Media Skills training programme?
Usually we recommend that you send up to a maximum of 6 participants on our Media Training programme, to ensure that each person gets the most out of the day, and benefits from some one-to-one coaching.
From time to time, we run 'open' sessions throughout the year for private individuals to book on our Media Skills training programmes with other private individuals, we require a minimum of 3 participants and have a maximum of 6 participants attending.
Do you provide support after a Media Skills training programme?
We can also provide you with support after your programme, please get in touch with us to discuss.
What are your payment terms?
If you are making a booking less than 7 days before commencement of any programme, payment is required in full immediately by bank transfer.
If you are making a booking with more than 7 days before commencement of any programme, 50% is required
immediately by bank transfer and then the remaining balance is required at least 7 days prior to the commencement
of any programme.
Payment can be made by bank transfer.
These payment terms apply unless alternative arrangements have been agreed by both parties.
What happens if you cancel before a programme commences?
If you cancel:
more than 28 days - we will refund 75% of your money and charge a £100 administration fee.
between 14 - 28 days - we will refund 50% of your money and charge a £100 administration fee.
less than 14 days - there are no refunds possible.
Cancellations need to be made by both emailing us at enquiries@psprogrammes.co.uk and phoning us
at PS Programmes on 01494 618585 during our office hours.
What happens if due to operational reasons, PS Programmes needs to change the date and/or location of a programme?
We will contact you and agree an alternative date or location with you.
If this is not suitable, we will refund in full any payment received in respect of that programme.
PS Programmes will not be held liable for any other costs that might be incurred as a result of the cancellation.
