PS Programmes Terms and Conditions

PS Programmes reserves the right to make changes or improvements to its programmes at any time without notice.
Your booking with PS Programmes is subject to agreement with the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation of programme or change of venue
If due to operational reasons, PS Programmes need to change the date and/or venue of a programme, PS Programmes will contact you and agree an alternative date or location with you. If this is not suitable, we will refund in full any payment received in respect of that programme. PS Programmes will not be held liable for any other costs that might be incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Booking Confirmation
Bookings will be confirmed by email. Should you have any queries surrounding a booking please call us on 01494 618585.

Joining Instructions
On receipt of payment we will issue venue details and programme timings.

Payment terms for PS Programmes
If you are making a booking less than 7 days before commencement of any programme, payment is required in full immediately by bank transfer.
If you are making a booking with more than 7 days before commencement of any programme, 50% is required immediately by bank transfer and then the remaining balance is required at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the PS Programme, payment can be made by bank transfer.
These payment terms apply unless alternative arrangements have been agreed by both parties.
